At BTreeGemstones customer satisfaction is our #1 priority. If within 10 days of receiving your gemstone(s) you become dissatisfied with your order, you may return it in its original & undamaged condition for a refund. Gems may only be returned during this 10 day inspection period.
Email Us for a Return Authorization Number (RAN) and Additional Return Instructions. It is the responsibility of the Sender to ensure that all returned merchandise must be sent by appropriate carriers and fully insured.
Please be Aware: Any orders returned without a RAN will be returned to the sender. Return packaging and shipping fees are the responsibility of the sender. All sales are final after 10 days (returned items must be postmarked within 10 days of the date of the order being received).
NOTE:** All refunds will be made via the same method as the original payment was received. Shipping, Insurance and credit card processing fees are non-refundable.
Important: Please do not refuse postal delivery should you wish to cancel an order after it has been shipped, but before it has been delivered. If the merchandise is refused you will be liable for the full value of the item or items if lost or damaged and all duty incurred upon its return.

In many countries, declared shipments may be subject to applicable customs fees and taxes. Buyers are responsible for any customs, tax and duties owed.
