Express FedEx – USD 30.00

Express shipments typically take 3-4 business days for delivery and can be tracked online every step of the way. Parcels are fully insured. A signature is required upon delivery. Deliveries are Monday to Friday for most countries. No APO, FPO, DPO or PO boxes may be used (except PO boxes for the UAE, Saudi Arabia, Oman, Qatar and Kuwait).

Release Signature on File:

If you have a “Release signature on File” with FedEx, please contact them to remove it.   A FedEx package left without a signature because FedEx has a ‘Release Signature on File’ for your address will NOT be covered by our insurance carrier.

Standard Registered Mail – USD 8.00

We offer registered airmail to over 120 countries. Registered mail is insured for up to USD 200.00. Shipments can take anywhere from 20-30 working days and require a signature upon delivery. There are no deliveries on Sundays.

Damaged Packages:

If there is physical evidence of tampering, please immediately indicate the damage to the carrier. If the package is empty or damaged, Do Not Accept The Parcel. All loss or damage claims must be reported to us within 24 hours of discovery of the loss or damage.

Exceptions:

South America: Shipping can take up to 30 business days due to long customs procedures.

Canada: Standard registered mail cannot be tracked online. Shipping can take up to 30 days due to customs clearance and is subject to local GST/VAT regardless of shipping method. We recommend express shipping for Canada to enable fast delivery and online tracking (please contact us if you have any special requests).

Australia: Shipping can take up to 30 days due to customs clearance. We recommend express shipping, which is duty free up to $1000 AUD.

Additional Information for Non-USA shipments

In many countries outside of the USA, properly declared shipments are subject to customs charges and tax. Registered mail takes longer, but typically avoids additional fees. We are happy to ship by FedEx, but please note that we have no control over extra charges that may occur in your country.

Note: Import tax or duty is the buyer’s responsibility. Returned shipments that are refused because of such charges cannot be accepted.
